Andean Marketing Consumer Director

About the role

Visa is seeking a senior leader to define and execute the Core Marketing strategy across the Andean region (Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela). The role drives business growth, brand preference, and Visa usage among consumers while aligning with global and regional priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual Core Marketing strategy for the Andean region, ensuring regional consistency and local relevance.
• Develop integrated campaigns across ATL, digital, social, and partnership channels, and oversee the regional social media strategy.
• Define and manage the sponsorship asset strategy, co‑creating activation packages with issuing banks and merchants.
• Own the marketing budget, monitor KPIs/OKRs, and ensure ROI tracking in partnership with Analytics and Media teams.
• Lead and elevate agency performance, and inspire the Core Marketing team to achieve high‑impact results.

Required profile

• 10+ years of brand and digital marketing experience, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business results.
• Strong experience managing external partners, agencies, and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Advanced planning, organizational, and project‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Experience with data‑driven, consumer‑centric marketing approaches.
• Ability to work with financial indicators, ROI analysis, and forecasting.
