Art Designer – Always On & Social Content

About the role

Monks is looking for a Digital Designer specialized in CRM and Always‑On social content. You will be the visual force behind ongoing digital communications, ensuring brand consistency and high‑impact execution across multiple markets and languages.

Key responsibilities

• Develop static assets for Always‑On campaigns and adapt them for various formats, platforms, markets, and languages while maintaining visual integrity.
• Translate creative concepts into high‑quality, engagement‑driven CRM and social‑first visual executions.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with brand guidelines, platform best practices, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Content Managers, Copywriters, and Project Managers throughout the production process.
• Proactively recommend design improvements and drive visual consistency across all touchpoints.
• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, prioritising tasks to meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Digital/Visual Designer with a portfolio showcasing CRM, email, and Always‑On social content.
• Deep familiarity with design systems, brand guidelines, and multi‑market asset rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of digital production specs, social media best practices, and CRM design standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams in a high‑volume setting.
