Brand, Digital & Editorial Designer

About the role

Edelman is seeking a versatile Brand, Digital & Editorial Designer to join its Integrated Production team in Colombia. The role involves turning creative briefs into thoughtful visual solutions across a range of clients, formats, and channels, while collaborating with multiple creative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop brand, digital, editorial, and other graphic content for diverse client projects.
• Translate client needs and briefs into visual solutions of moderate complexity.
• Create and adapt visual assets across various formats while maintaining visual consistency.
• Present and articulate design proposals, explaining the rationale behind creative decisions.
• Collaborate with designers and other creative teams to bring projects to life.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques and apply relevant insights.
• Manage multiple deliverables and deadlines with strong organization and attention to detail.

Required profile

• Curious and collaborative designer with strong visual thinking and execution.
• Comfortable understanding client needs, translating briefs, and explaining design choices.
• Detail‑oriented, up‑to‑date with evolving design trends, and able to organize work effectively.
• Proven ability to work with various creative teams across the studio.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong knowledge of PowerPoint for creating visually engaging materials.
• Ability to present and articulate design ideas.
• B2 English proficiency or higher.
• Experience with After Effects, Figma, illustration, lettering, or data visualization is a plus.
