UX/UI Designer

About the role

TradeQuo is looking for a creative, user‑centered UX/UI Designer to join its LATAM Marketing team in Medellín. You will own the experience and interface design of websites, landing pages and digital marketing assets, turning business and marketing goals into intuitive, high‑performing digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain websites, landing pages, pop‑ups and web components across the TradeQuo and EnterTrade ecosystem.
• Identify, prioritize and resolve UX/UI issues, optimizing user flows for usability and conversion.
• Create wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity designs for desktop, tablet and mobile.
• Write and refine UX copy, including micro‑copy, CTAs, forms and pop‑ups.
• Build reusable web components and contribute to a scalable design system.
• Prepare developer‑ready handoffs with specifications, assets and documentation, and collaborate during implementation.
• Use analytics, usability insights and conversion data to continuously improve pages.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer or Web Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, information architecture and UI design.
• Experience designing conversion‑focused websites and landing pages.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects on‑site.
