About the role

The company is looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to join its team at a shopping centre in Pradera, Concepción. The role involves assisting customers, promoting products, and driving sales both in‑store and through social media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized product advice and support to customers.
• Process sales transactions in the store and via social media platforms.
• Maintain an organized, well‑stocked sales floor and ensure proper product presentation.
• Handle warranty claims, loyalty programmes, returns and inventory replenishment.
• Assist with stock counts, inventory updates and merchandise replenishment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a sales advisor or customer‑service representative.
• Basic education (diversified level) accepted.
• Willingness to work in Pradera, Concepción, on Carretera El Salvador.
• Flexible schedule to cover regular shopping‑centre hours and holidays.

• Monthly salary of Q4,252.00.
