Associate Director, Clinical Operations – Organizational Engagement (Hybrid)

About the role

The Associate Director, Organizational Engagement partners with the Head of Global Data Management & Standards (GDMS) Business Operations to shape and deliver the engagement and communications strategy for GDMS worldwide. Working in a hybrid setting, you will ensure that internal messaging, executive communications, and event experiences align with corporate branding and drive organizational priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and execute the global GDMS engagement and communications strategy.
• Collaborate with GDMS PMO, Change Management and project sponsors to create communications for special initiatives.
• Lead the development and maintenance of the GDMS communications framework, toolkit and channel ecosystem.
• Measure campaign effectiveness using data‑centric metrics and refine tactics based on stakeholder feedback.
• Plan and deliver major GDMS events such as town halls, data‑center visits and leadership updates, including narrative development and visual design.
• Partner daily with GDMS leaders to craft internal messaging, executive briefs and presentation materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience in internal communications, employee engagement or related fields within a large, matrixed organization.
• Strong ability to translate complex initiatives (e.g., system migrations, standards changes) into clear, audience‑focused communications.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior leadership.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing communication frameworks and measurement plans.
