Associate Service Consultant

About the role

Kaseya is looking for an Associate Service Consultant to join its global services team in Medellin, Colombia. The role focuses on delivering consulting projects for both internal and external customers, acting as a technical lead for solution implementations and sharing best‑practice guidance on new products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely consulting and process‑integration services to new SMB partners using Kaseya’s IT Complete Suite.
• Serve as the primary technical contact throughout each implementation, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Assess partner needs, explain product features and functionality, and align them with business objectives.
• Deliver best‑practice recommendations for device and system setup.
• Collaborate closely with Project Management, Product Management, and Support teams to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing technology implementations with software tools.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and professional communication skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of CRM, ERP, PSA and RMM software markets.
• Good understanding of Windows operating systems and Active Directory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Server and patch‑management best practices.
• Experience with routing, switching, and firewall/edge technologies.
• Working knowledge of virtualization solutions such as VMware and hypervisors.
