About the role
The AT 802 Inspector will ensure compliance with aviation maintenance standards for Colombian operations, performing quality control inspections on aircraft and related technical documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct line‑maintenance inspections and quality control checks on AT‑802 aircraft.
- Manage aviation technical manuals, publications, and maintenance records.
- Utilize automated maintenance management systems and, when applicable, the Army Maintenance Management System.
Required profile
- Technical degree in aviation maintenance from an accredited civilian or military institution.
- Minimum 8 years of aviation line‑maintenance experience and 4 years as a licensed aviation quality control inspector.
- FAA Inspection Authorization or Colombian Aeronautica Civil equivalent.
- Fluent English (FSI Level R/2) and Spanish (FSI Level R/3, S/3).
Required skills
- FAA Inspection Authorization (or equivalent).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with automated maintenance management systems.
- Familiarity with the Army Maintenance Management System.
