About the role

The Commissary Assistant supports airport catering operations, ensuring that all procedures, safety standards, and inventory requirements are met for each airline flight. You will work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment, contributing to the quality of food services offered to travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and food‑safety standards (HACCP, BPM).
• Generate equipment reports for each airline and provide required equipment to production areas.
• Prepare and assemble all items and beverages needed for each flight according to order specifications.
• Manage rotation of perishable products and execute Kanban deliveries.
• Report any situations that could affect food safety, health, safety, or the environment.
• Communicate inventory levels to airlines on scheduled dates.
• Unload airline supplies, record them in the system, and store them appropriately.
• Support washing and ramp areas when requested by supervisors.
• Conduct area inventory and assist with general operational tasks.
