We are looking for an enthusiastic Bakery Assistant to manage the full production cycle – from ordering raw materials to delivering finished pastries – ensuring quality, timeliness, and minimal waste.

Key responsibilities

• Follow specifications and deadlines set by the immediate supervisor for bakery and pastry services.
• Handle the entire process from raw‑material ordering to finished‑product delivery.
• Deliver finished products to various sales and service points as required by the production area.
• Manipulate ingredients, supplies, and inventory efficiently, avoiding waste.
• Guarantee organoleptic (taste, texture, aroma) quality of all products in process.
• Prepare a variety of desserts and pastries according to company procedures.
• Propose new bakery and pastry product ideas that can boost point‑of‑sale sales.
