AWS Solution Architect

About the role

NeuraFlash, part of Accenture, is looking for an AWS Solution Architect to drive the design and delivery of Amazon Connect‑based contact center solutions. You will work remotely from Colombia, collaborating with AI and cloud experts to help customers adopt and optimise AWS‑powered CX platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through the assessment, design and launch of Amazon Connect solutions.
• Conduct technology audits and ROI analyses to justify migration to the AWS Connect platform.
• Lead business process reviews, translate requirements into contact‑center designs, and apply best‑practice architectures.
• Educate customers on AWS value propositions and participate in deep architectural discussions.
• Mentor technical teams, ensuring solutions on Salesforce and AWS are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
• Act as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, communicating concepts clearly and managing expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and implementing AWS cloud solutions, preferably in contact‑center environments.
• Strong understanding of ROI and outcomes‑based assessments.
• Ability to lead discovery workshops and present technical proposals to senior stakeholders.
