About the role

We are seeking a proactive B2B Digital Marketing Manager to drive brand growth and lead generation for our innovative foodservice packaging solutions. This remote position serves fast‑casual and quick‑service restaurant decision‑makers across the Americas and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute multi‑channel marketing strategies (email, content, social, SEO, digital ads) to generate qualified leads.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitors to shape messaging and product positioning.
• Create and manage content for blogs, newsletters, social platforms, digital catalogs, and other channels while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Organize participation in trade shows and industry events, handling logistics, booth design, and collateral.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, production, and creative teams to ensure aligned messaging and successful campaign execution.
• Track performance metrics, analyze results, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• Strong experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the foodservice or packaging sector.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and comfortable managing multiple projects independently.
• Ability to translate customer insights into effective campaigns and brand positioning.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
