Baker (Panadero)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Baker (Panadero) to join our catering team in Bogota. You will be responsible for producing high‑quality bakery items for airport and airline services, ensuring every product meets our strict standards of taste and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee technical conditions and requirements for food service at assigned points and ensure timely delivery of bakery products.
• Follow specifications and timelines set out in the scheduling sheet provided by your immediate leader.
• Deliver finished products to bakery assistants as required by the production area.
• Handle raw materials, inputs and supplies efficiently within the bakery area, minimizing waste.
• Maintain organoleptic quality (taste, texture, aroma) of all products in process.
• Prepare a variety of bakery items, including breads and pastries, according to established company processes.
• Participate actively in daily management meetings.
