About the role

Marsh, a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting, is hiring a Benefits Operations Analyst in Bogotá. The role covers product movements, monthly reconciliations, reimbursements and employee benefit support.

Key responsibilities

Handle product movements such as GMM, Dentalia, inclusions, suspensions and corrections
Perform monthly reconciliations between insurer data and payroll records to ensure all employees are correctly active
Manage reimbursements and schedule services
Support employee and HR advisory sessions and deliver benefit talks to employees

Required profile

Complete university degree
Experience in insurance
Experience with insurable and non-insurable benefits
Agility, organization and teamwork

Required skills

Intermediate Excel
Databases cross-referencing
