About the role

Join Gallagher’s fast‑moving claims department as a Bilingual Customer Care Advisor. You will be the first point of contact for clients, claimants and medical providers, providing timely updates on claim status and ensuring a smooth experience.

Key responsibilities

Answer inbound phone inquiries related to claims and provide accurate information.
Forward calls to Resolution Managers or appropriate claims staff as needed.
Listen actively, demonstrate empathy and maintain the company’s reputation for integrity.
Research issues, educate customers and propose alternative solutions to defuse challenging situations.

Required profile

Advanced level of English (minimum B2).
At least one year of experience in a contact‑center or customer‑support environment.
Strong typing ability and basic computer proficiency.
Availability to handle calls and work on claims‑related matters.
