About the role
Join ATAIN’s dynamic team as a bilingual Customer Service Agent supporting major hospitality and tourism brands. You will assist customers who are already interested in services, providing professional help throughout the booking process.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers, delivering accurate information and assistance.
- Answer questions and guide clients through bookings and reservations.
Required profile
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written).
- High school diploma; experience in customer service, travel, tourism, or BPO is preferred.
- Availability to work onsite in Bogotá.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
