About the role

Join OneTouch Direct’s dynamic call‑center team as a Bilingual Customer Service Agent. You will be the voice of the company, assisting English‑ and Spanish‑speaking customers with product information, account queries, and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries in both English and Spanish.
• Provide clear, accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve account‑related questions and concerns efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of each interaction and transaction.
• Offer feedback and insights to help improve overall service delivery.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2+) and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a customer‑service or call‑center environment (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
• Team‑player attitude with a positive outlook.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple systems.
