Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English C1+) - Medellín

About the role

Bays Dental Group is a Medellín-based team that runs the front desk for dental practices in the United States. Its coordinators answer patient calls, book appointments and handle insurance follow-up in English. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative you will be the first voice a US dental patient hears. The position is full-time, on-site in the Medellín office and 100% in English.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound patient calls and make outbound calls such as confirmations, recalls and follow-ups
• Schedule, reschedule and confirm appointments in the practice's calendar
• Keep patient records and documentation accurate and up to date
• Support the practice's front-office tasks alongside the team in Medellín

Required profile

• English at C1 level, with clear, confident spoken English (non-negotiable)
• A warm, professional phone manner and genuine patience with people
• Reliability, as patients notice when no one picks up
• No prior dental or call-center experience needed; training is provided on the dental side

Required skills

• Comfort with computers: email, calendars and basic data entry
• Experience with dental software

• Salary of 3,000,000 COP plus bonuses from 700,000 COP (up to 3,700,000 COP per month)
