Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English C1+) - Medellín

About the role

Bays Dental Group is a Medellín-based team that runs the front desk for dental practices in the United States. Its coordinators answer patient calls, book appointments and handle insurance follow-up in English. This role is 100% in English, full-time and on-site at the Medellín office, with paid training on US dental front-office work and no prior dental or call-center experience required.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound patient calls and make outbound calls (confirmations, recalls, follow-ups)
• Schedule, reschedule and confirm appointments
• Keep patient records accurate and up to date
• Support front-office tasks alongside the Medellín team

Required profile

• English at C1 level (non-negotiable, as you will be on the phone with US patients all day)
• A warm, professional phone manner and genuine patience with people
• Reliability; patients notice when no one picks up

Required skills

• Comfort with computers: email, calendars and basic data entry

• Salary of 3,000,000 COP plus bonuses from 700,000 COP (up to 3,700,000 COP per month)
