About the role

Habtemariam Law Firm is seeking a bilingual Digital Marketing Specialist to join its team remotely. You will lead the firm’s online growth by managing SEO initiatives, creating engaging social media campaigns, and handling initial client intakes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for digital leads, conducting phone intake and email communication in fluent English.
• Plan, create, and execute social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and increase organic traffic.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing messages align with firm values.

Required profile

• Fully fluent in spoken and written English.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
