Senior B2B Marketing Manager

About the role

Lead Addi’s B2B Marketing function as an AI‑first operating system, driving merchant GMV growth through a unified Activation and Growth Playbook. You will integrate merchant activation with consumer CRM amplification and build a data‑driven growth infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch a three‑tier PAC model (Premium, Standard, Base) to boost merchant growth.
• Build the paid media function from scratch, creating co‑campaigns and ROI reporting.
• Architect and implement a full merchant lifecycle CRM in Salesforce.
• Integrate B2B planning with Consumer CRM to create an automated feedback loop.
• Establish a formal marketing‑to‑sales handoff and deploy AI agents for workflow automation.

Required profile

• 6+ years of B2B marketing leadership in fast‑scaling marketplaces, BNPL or retail platforms.
• Proven ability to translate commercial priorities into revenue‑generating programs.
• Experience working closely with sales teams and being measured on B2B funnel contributions.

Required skills

• Salesforce lifecycle and data model expertise.
• AI prompt engineering and agentic frameworks (e.g., Claude agents, LangGraph).
• Hands‑on experience with paid media channels such as Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic and in‑app advertising.
