Growth Manager (Activation & Consumer)

About the role

Addi is a fast‑growing fintech platform in Colombia, looking for a Growth Manager to design, test and scale merchant lifecycle strategies that boost activation, reduce early churn and maximize Net Revenue Retention.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix leaks in the post‑approval funnel, prioritising the biggest impact each sprint.
• Deliver the activation portfolio’s incremental GMV plan and close variance within two quarters.
• Rebuild the first‑30‑day post‑approval journey as an automated multi‑channel flow in Braze (push, WhatsApp, email, in‑app).
• Run weekly experiments with clean incrementality reads, providing monthly lift analyses.

Required profile

• Owns a metric end‑to‑end and can quantify the impact of interventions.
• Prioritises high‑value work, kills low‑paying tasks, and defends decisions with data.
• Has managed at least one direct report or led a workstream without formal authority.
• Influences product and brand teams through data‑driven cases rather than escalation.

Required skills

• Experience building automated, multi‑channel journeys in Braze or a comparable Tier‑1 CRM.
• Proficient in SQL (joins, aggregations, window functions, cohort construction) on warehouses such as Databricks, Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Ability to design and analyse experiments with holdout groups and ROI calculations.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for analysis, segmentation and reporting.
