Product Marketing & Category Manager – Power Tools & Accessories

About the role

Join the Latin America Group as a Category Product Expert for Power Tools and Accessories. You will support the execution of product and category strategy across online and offline channels, collaborating with regional management, country marketing, sales, brand, digital, and eCommerce teams.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the regional Category Manager to execute category and product portfolio strategies in partnership with local marketing, brand, digital, sales, and eCommerce teams.
• Coordinate New Product Innovation (NPI) launch plans, including forecasting, support materials, launch execution and performance analysis.
• Conduct market intelligence, competitive benchmarking, and consumer behavior analysis to generate actionable insights.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for assigned product categories, supporting product positioning and value‑proposition messaging.
• Develop and maintain sales enablement tools such as presentations, training materials, launch kits, and competitive comparisons.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product marketing, category management, trade marketing or related commercial experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, including pricing analysis, margin understanding and ROI tracking.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Experience using collaboration tools such as Slack.
