Principal Advanced Analytics Analyst

About the role

Join Medtronic’s Global DAIME group as a Principal Advanced Analytics Analyst, driving marketing excellence through data‑driven insights, measurement strategies, and ROI optimization across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze digital and media performance (search, display, social, email, video, website) and provide actionable insights.
• Own measurement frameworks, KPIs, and tagging to ensure accurate reporting.
• Partner with marketing, activation, and vendor teams to design, build, and validate multivariate models such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and test‑and‑control analyses.
• Build and maintain dashboards using SFMCI and Excel, and deliver clear performance reports to senior leaders.
• Conduct A/B testing, guide agencies on analytical approaches, and perform ad‑hoc analyses of campaign performance and audience behavior.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably with healthcare or agency exposure.
• Strong understanding of advanced analytics methods (MMM, sales lift, forecasting) and enterprise analytics platforms.
• Self‑driven, detail‑oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
