Bilingual Driver Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist

About the role

Our client seeks a bilingual professional to lead the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding of drivers. The role involves sourcing candidates, managing the hiring process, and ensuring compliance with documentation and training requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit drivers through Indeed and other job boards.
• Screen applications, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate hiring activities.
• Verify driver licenses, qualifications, and complete background checks.
• Manage onboarding from offer to payroll entry and safety‑training completion.
• Maintain accurate records and track candidate progress.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or driver staffing.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Required skills

• Experience using Indeed and other online job boards.
• Proficiency with payroll systems and HR software.
