About the role
TaskUs is looking for a Trilingual Recruiter based in Colombia to source top‑tier talent for its fast‑growing technology clients. The role focuses on specialized sourcing and headhunting across multiple languages.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in specialized sourcing and headhunting.
- Advanced Portuguese (C1/C2), English (B2/C1) and native Spanish.
- Hands‑on experience managing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Strong multitasking abilities under pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency in ATS management.
