Bilingual Insurance Renewal Analyst

About the role

Marsh is looking for a bilingual Insurance Renewal Analyst to join its Bogota office. This hybrid position requires you to work on‑site at least three days a week and to manage the full renewal cycle of insurance certificates for clients, vendors and internal projects.

Key responsibilities

• Track renewal timelines and ensure timely delivery of certificates of insurance (COIs, liability, workers’ compensation).
• Verify policy details such as insurer, coverage limits, expiration dates, named insured and additional insured language.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk Management, Procurement, Project Management and Finance teams.
• Communicate with insurers and certificate providers to request, obtain, review and secure renewed certificates.
• Maintain audit trails, version control and a centralized repository compliant with company policies.
• Deliver certificates to stakeholders, confirm receipt and generate regular reports.
• Identify at‑risk renewals, implement remediation plans and escalate issues as needed.

Required profile

• Technologist or professional degree with English proficiency.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or customer‑service transactional processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with certificate management or related systems (preferred).
• Familiarity with e‑signature and secure document delivery platforms (preferred).
