Bilingual Invoicing Specialist (English & French) – Hybrid in Bogotá

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Invoicing Specialist to join Marsh’s Insurance and Fiduciary Operations team in Bogotá. The role supports US insurance broking invoicing, working closely with client support teams in a hybrid setting.

Key responsibilities

• Create and generate invoice requests in collaboration with client support teams.
• Manage a book of work, ensuring timely delivery according to SLAs for accuracy, productivity and turnaround time.
• Use proprietary billing systems to process invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Meet individual productivity, accuracy and timeliness metrics.
• Follow company policies, procedures and data security guidelines.
• Stay current with Marsh compliance, professional and transparency standards.
• Highlight and escalate operational risks to appropriate authorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in team and administrative process management, preferably in insurance and US insurance.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and French.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret reports and performance trends.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills for remote client collaboration.
• Attention to detail and research ability to ensure invoicing accuracy.
