Senior Financial Analyst – SaaS/Software/GTM/Sales

About the role

The Financial Analyst will join Quorum's Finance team, partnering with Sales and Marketing to provide data insights that support strategic decision‑making. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing new sales within a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain sales analytics and forecasting models for new sales.
• Perform variance, trend, product‑mix and pipeline analyses to drive decisions.
• Design and deliver accurate reports and dashboards with critical business insights.
• Support the annual budget process and maintain the new sales budget model.
• Manage and forecast Sales and Marketing expenses, including commission modeling.
• Identify and automate manual reporting to reduce turnaround time.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree in a relevant field.
• 3‑5 years of FP&A or similar experience.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work in a time‑sensitive environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact with all company levels.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP/planning tools such as Workday Adaptive, OfficeConnect, Netsuite, Salesforce.
• Data visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI.
• AI automation tools (e.g., Claude).
• Statistical and quantitative analysis aptitude.
