Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist (English/Spanish)

About the role

Bush & Bush Law Group, a personal injury law firm, is looking for a dedicated, compassionate Legal Intake Specialist fluent in English and Spanish to be the first point of contact for potential clients. The role is central to delivering good customer service and making sure cases are properly evaluated and processed. Pay is $4 to $6 per hour plus commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from clients involved in auto accidents, gather information about the accident and their needs, and show empathy while staying professional.
• Explain legal processes and the firm's services, answer questions and collect and document details to help attorneys evaluate cases.
• Manage several tasks at once in a fast pace, updating electronic systems and handling urgent client needs promptly.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records and organize client information so lawyers can access it easily, using Excel and similar tools.
• Provide administrative support to legal professionals, helping prepare and organize legal documents.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Previous experience in a legal environment or in customer service/intake is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a strong customer service focus.
• Strong organization and time management, able to handle many tasks at once.
• Genuine desire to help clients and a compassionate manner.

Required skills

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with case management software is a plus.
