Bilingual Production Artist – Communications Support

About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Production Artist to join our Communications team in Bogotá. The role focuses on creating, updating and maintaining high‑quality marketing materials for both print and digital channels while ensuring brand consistency.
Key responsibilities
- Update and reformat brochures, product guides, data sheets and other collateral using approved brand templates.
- Prepare print‑ready and digital files, managing colour, resolution and pre‑press requirements.
- Maintain organized asset libraries, version control and file naming conventions.
- Create co‑branded materials and custom designs as needed.
- Design professional PowerPoint presentations and visual content.
- Resize advertising assets for local market specifications.
- Coordinate approvals with marketing, communications and agency partners.
Required profile
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Experience supporting marketing, communications or creative services teams.
Required skills
- Expert use of Adobe InDesign.
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint.
