About the role

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our marketing agency in Bogotá. The role focuses on creating high‑impact digital designs that support client campaigns and brand initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the design process from concept to execution, ensuring timelines and client expectations are met.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop design strategies aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create digital assets such as social media graphics, website visuals, online banners, email newsletters, and infographics.
• Set design standards and maintain consistent branding across digital platforms.
• Conduct design reviews, provide feedback, and ensure quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of industry experience working both collaboratively and independently.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital design, preferably in a leadership or managerial role within a marketing agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of digital design projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
