Bilingual Recruiter for Legal Virtual Assistants (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, proactive bilingual recruiter to source and hire virtual legal assistants for U.S. law firms. The role operates in a fast‑paced BPO environment, requiring quick turnaround and high‑quality candidate delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for legal positions such as Litigation Assistants, Case Managers, Paralegals, and Medical Records Specialists.
• Source qualified candidates across LATAM using multiple channels.
• Screen candidates for legal experience, English proficiency, and cultural fit.
• Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates with scorecards.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up to drive hiring decisions.
• Maintain pipeline activity and ensure fast turnaround times.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting virtual legal assistants or similar legal roles for U.S. law firms.
• Strong understanding of various legal positions (litigation, personal injury, family law, etc.).
• Experience as a legal assistant, case manager, or within a U.S. law firm is a strong plus.
• Advanced English (written and spoken, C1 level).
• Experience working in a BPO or remote staffing environment.
• Ability to work with urgency and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
