Bilingual Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Bilingual Recruiter to join our remote team. You will source, screen, and coordinate candidates for a variety of positions while communicating fluently in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, applicant tracking systems, and other recruiting tools.
• Conduct bilingual screening interviews and assessments.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate ATS records.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
• Communicate job offers, feedback, and onboarding steps clearly.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Support diversity hiring initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, administration or a related field.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• 1‑3+ years of proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working independently across time zones.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus.
