About the role
We are seeking a bilingual Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts for clients in the United States. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, a results‑driven mindset, and a passion for matching top talent with the right opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Execute end‑to‑end recruitment and selection processes.
- Conduct candidate interviews in English.
- Identify, attract, and engage qualified talent.
- Maintain clear communication with candidates and internal clients.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Required profile
- Advanced level of English (required).
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Base salary of COP 3,000,000 per month.
- Transportation allowance of COP 249,095.
