About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts for clients in the United States. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, a results‑driven mindset, and a passion for matching top talent with the right opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end recruitment and selection processes.
• Conduct candidate interviews in English.
• Identify, attract, and engage qualified talent.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates and internal clients.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Required profile

• Advanced level of English (required).
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
