Bilingual Sales Assistant – On-site in Bogotá

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Sales Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for patients and families looking for healthcare and therapy services in Bogotá. The role emphasizes relationship building, trust, and guiding patients through the intake process rather than aggressive sales tactics.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to patient inquiries.
• Guide patients and families through intake and onboarding.
• Collect and verify demographic, insurance, and referral information.
• Schedule evaluations, consultations, and appointments.
• Maintain accurate records in EMR/CRM systems.
• Follow up with patients, referral sources, and healthcare providers as needed.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure timely onboarding.
• Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the patient journey.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare intake, patient coordination, customer service, call center, or administrative support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
• Currently residing in Bogotá.
