Bilingual Sales & Intake Specialist (Spanish / English)

About the role

A full-time Sales & Intake Specialist is sought to engage prospective clients and manage incoming non-personal injury (non-PI) leads. The position is open to highly fluent Spanish speakers with strong communication, interpersonal and sales skills, working Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time with a 30-minute break. The role is described as remote.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients, primarily in Spanish.
• Engage with non-PI leads to understand their inquiries, identify their needs and assess their fit.
• Build rapport through professional, empathetic and persuasive communication.
• Explain available services, address initial questions and concerns, and guide prospects through the next steps.
• Apply consultative sales techniques to nurture leads, handle objections and maximise conversions.
• Follow up promptly by phone, text and email, and coordinate next steps with the internal team.
• Maintain accurate lead records, interaction notes and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Fluent Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication, and strong English.
• Proven experience in sales, client relations, customer service or lead conversion, preferably in a phone-based role.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to build trust and rapport with prospects.
• Sales, negotiation, persuasion and objection-handling skills.
• Customer-focused, empathetic and patient, proactive and able to manage several leads at once.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to work independently remotely; previous legal industry experience preferred.
• An NBI or police clearance is required after accepting the offer.
