Bilingual Sales Representative (Spanish/English)

About the role

A fast-growing youth soccer program is looking for a bilingual Sales Representative fluent in English and Spanish to join its sales team. The role is full-time and focuses on building relationships with families, creating opportunities and closing enrollments. It is described as a full-time, in-office position.

Key responsibilities

• Drive enrollment growth by handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails and follow-ups, and converting inquiries into registrations for camps, leagues and programs.
• Generate new leads proactively, build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and track interactions in CRM systems.
• Build rapport with parents and guardians, understand their needs and recommend the best-fit programs.
• Present program offerings and value propositions, overcome objections and consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets.
• Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish so families feel supported and informed.
• Work closely with operations and program teams and share customer insights and feedback.

Required profile

• Strong competitive drive and motivation by goals.
• Sales instincts or experience, such as selling camp spots, sports programs or fundraising.
• Comfortable generating leads and making the first move by phone, email or in person.
• Ability to build rapport with families and speak clearly with both adults and children.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Team player who can also work independently.

Candidates must complete two short assessments (about 5 minutes each) before or after applying: a Culture Index survey and a Skills game assessment; applications with both completed are reviewed first.
