Bilingual Senior Customer Service Representative (English-Spanish) - Remote

About the role

TTEC is hiring a Bilingual Senior Customer Service Representative (English-Spanish) to work remotely from Bogota, Colombia. The role reports to the Team Lead and focuses on resolving escalated or complex customer calls so that customers leave with peace of mind and an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming communications from customers.
• Resolve escalated or complex calls, giving customers quick answers and consulting on products with compassion.
• Research information to give customers the answers they need to resolve their issues.

Required profile

• 2 or more years of customer service experience plus some post-secondary education.
• Comfortable making decisions by assessing the situation, researching possible solutions and recommending options.
• Solution-oriented mindset and a caring, supportive nature.
• Ability to work with the team to contribute to the success of the client program.

Required skills

• Computer experience.
• High-speed internet connection (more than 15 Mbps).
