Bilingual Staff Accountant

About the role

TMF Group is seeking a bilingual Staff Accountant to join its global finance team. You will support month‑end and year‑end processes, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and collaborate across functions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post monthly journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Perform bank, credit‑card and general‑ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing, financial schedules and basic statements.
• Support internal and external audits by gathering documentation and preparing schedules.
• Ensure records comply with GAAP, IFRS or local statutory rules and help with tax filings.
• Collaborate on ad‑hoc accounting projects and corporate‑governance compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 1–3 years of general accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• High attention to detail, analytical mindset and strong time‑management skills.
• Flexibility to take on new responsibilities as needed.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite.
