Bilingual Technical Support Engineer – Customer Licensing

About the role

As a Bilingual Technical Support Engineer you will act as the primary link between clients and our technical solutions, delivering first‑ and second‑level support in both English and Spanish. You will work in a dynamic, hybrid environment where your technical expertise and communication skills are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first and second‑level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Document all support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to knowledge‑base articles and support documentation.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of experience in technical support (entry‑level candidates with strong aptitude are welcome).
• Advanced English proficiency and fluent Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Availability to work a hybrid schedule in Bogota (2‑3 days onsite per week).
