Bilingual Technical Support Engineer (English/Spanish)

About the role

As a Bilingual Technical Support Engineer you will act as the primary link between clients and Capgemini Engineering’s technical solutions, delivering first‑ and second‑level support in both English and Spanish. You will work in a hybrid setting in Bogota, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to resolve hardware, software and network issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first and second‑level technical support to clients in English and Spanish, troubleshooting hardware, software and network problems.
• Document all support activities and maintain detailed records in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and collaborate to achieve timely resolutions.
• Identify recurring problems and contribute to knowledge‑base articles and support documentation.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of experience in a technical support role or strong technical aptitude for entry‑level candidates.
• Advanced professional English and fluent Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Availability to work on‑site in Bogota 2‑3 days per week (hybrid model).
