Billing Assistant (CMF) - Global Business Services

About the role

The CMF Billing Assistant manages the configurations in E2K that enable the global billing operation to run efficiently, according to operational and customer requirements. The role works with other team members to create and maintain CMFs for all regions worldwide, in line with the requirements and regulations of each territory. It suits someone flexible and able to think creatively.

Key responsibilities

• Process the full incoming volume of CMF requests according to internal workload assignments, supporting mailboxes across all regions
• Work with the CMF team so that cases are completed within the agreed SLA
• Make sure configurations are accurate, considering their impact at corporate, geographic and customer levels
• Keep CMF written procedures and documentation up to date
• Partner with the CMF Team Leader and Supervisor on urgent escalations
• Carry out periodic audits of processed cases with other team members
• Support colleagues and other UPS departments so that CMF updates are executed accurately and on time

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• 70% proficiency in Excel and 80% proficiency in English
