Business Analyst – Business Transformation

About the role

CRISIL Limited is seeking a Business Analyst to drive business transformation in its Colombia operations. You will work closely with stakeholders to uncover improvement opportunities, design solutions, and enhance processes, products, and services.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to understand needs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
• Design and implement solutions, including process improvements, system enhancements, and data‑driven analytics.
• Support project teams with planning, tracking, and reporting activities.
• Analyze data to surface trends, insights, and actionable recommendations.
• Communicate requirements, solutions, and outcomes clearly to all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in business analysis or a comparable role.
• Professional certification such as CBAP or CABA is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities.
