Business Analyst (SAP Finance) – Remote for LATAM/India

About the role

Our consulting client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with deep SAP Finance (FI) expertise to support business and technology initiatives across a complex enterprise environment. The role is fully remote within LATAM or India, with required overlap with Canadian business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture, document, and validate functional requirements.
• Analyze existing finance processes (GL, AP, AR, reporting) and recommend improvements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
• Support solution design, testing, UAT, and implementation activities.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and act as liaison between business, SAP, and other technology teams.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise or consulting settings.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP Finance (FI) and finance‑related business processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with distributed teams.
