Business Development Manager

About the role

Fever is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead its expansion across Colombia's entertainment ecosystem. You will be the bridge between top producers, creators, venues and Fever’s technology platform, driving growth and market penetration.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and secure partnerships with leading event creators, venues and cultural brands in Colombia.
• Develop and execute a growth strategy to increase Fever’s market share and revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Finance, Operations) to ensure partner success and seamless integration.
• Provide strategic advice on pricing, marketing, operations and financing to partners.
• Monitor performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize partnership outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or partnership management, preferably in entertainment or tech.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities across marketing, pricing, operations and finance.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with a hands‑on, results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of partner success.
