E-Commerce Marketplace & Sales Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an analytical, detail‑driven e‑commerce specialist to own sales reporting and product listing management across 1P, 3P, social commerce and DTC channels. This fully remote position will help turn performance data into actions that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance, track revenue, units, trends and channel results.
• Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Manage and optimise product listings on Walmart, Target, JCPenney, Kohl’s, TikTok Shop, Meta, Google, DTC and other e‑commerce accounts.
• Maintain accurate titles, descriptions, images, attributes, pricing and other listing content.
• Support both 1P and 3P marketplace operations, identifying errors, suppressed products and missing content.
• Monitor performance, highlight opportunities, risks and trends.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, creative and operations teams to keep product information current.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience managing e‑commerce marketplaces or retail channels.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
