Business Finance & Procurement Manager

About the role

Lilly is seeking a Business Finance & Procurement Manager for its Colombia affiliate. The role owns the financial planning agenda and the procurement and third‑party spend agenda, partnering with Commercial, Market Access, Medical and Operations teams to drive value‑based decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end planning cycles (business plan, forecasts, long‑range plan, month‑end close) and own the full OPEX cycle with variance analysis.
• Partner with senior leadership to present financial recommendations, translate complex data into decision‑ready options and run scenario analyses.
• Build demand and revenue outlooks, assess product profitability, and develop business cases for launches and commercial initiatives.
• Drive procurement strategy, negotiate contracts with suppliers, identify savings, and oversee the purchase‑to‑pay cycle.
• Lead automation of finance and procurement processes, embed digital and AI tools, and manage a small team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related field; MBA a plus.
• 5–7 years of experience in strategic FP&A, business finance or procurement at a multinational company.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Fluent in English and professional Spanish.
