Business Operations Manager – Colombia

About the role

Tent Partnership for Refugees is seeking a results‑driven Business Operations Manager to build and scale its Colombia program. You will translate strategic goals into concrete processes, tools and partnerships that connect refugees and migrants with leading employers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain systems, tools and dashboards that support day‑to‑day operations.
• Partner with technical teams to develop project‑management platforms and reporting frameworks.
• Assist the Director in shaping strategy, defining priorities, workplans, KPIs and execution plans.
• Coordinate internal operating rhythm: track workstreams, deadlines, deliverables and resolve bottlenecks.
• Prepare high‑quality briefings, presentations and strategic documents for internal and external audiences.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Tent’s global teams (Strategy, Communications, Marketing, etc.).
• Manage stakeholder relationships with companies, NGOs and government agencies.

Required profile

• Proven ability to turn ambiguous situations into structured, actionable plans.
• Strong execution mindset with experience building processes from scratch.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across public and private sectors.
• Strategic thinker who can translate vision into measurable outcomes.
• Fluent English; Spanish proficiency preferred.
