Call Center Agent – Remote Full-Time

About the role
We are looking for a confident, phone‑savvy professional to join our remote call centre team. You will be the voice behind fast‑paced auction activities, handling both inbound and outbound calls for a technology‑driven self‑storage company.
Key responsibilities
- Make high‑volume inbound and outbound auction‑related calls using approved scripts.
- Explain auction details, deadlines and next steps clearly to callers.
- Document call outcomes and tenant responses accurately in the CRM system.
- Perform multiple call attempts and follow‑up as required.
- Handle sensitive or escalated conversations with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain compliance with timelines, legal requirements and internal policies.
- Report trends, issues or concerns to team leads.
- Participate in additional outbound call projects as business needs evolve.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a call centre, customer service or outbound calling (preferred).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities.
- Ability to stay calm under high‑stress or sensitive situations.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Sharp attention to detail, especially in documentation.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Experience with CRM or call handling systems.
